I’ve been incredibly lucky to spend over 40 years working for a number of grand, prestigious, beautiful and interesting properties and throughout that time my role has been to advise, consult and manage those properties to create business opportunities and generate income to help with the maintenance and upkeep.

Film location work has been a huge part of my career and in my many years of experience, I have been incredibly lucky to work with some of the best film and TV companies and have built a great relationship, and I like to think a good deal of respect, with many Location Managers and production companies.

Having retired during the pandemic, there was only so much volunteering, gardening, walking the dogs, being a creative cook that I could stand - and boredom started to set in. So, I had an idea…..

….. it seemed silly to waste all those years of experience and knowledge, so I decided to put myself out there as someone who could help property owners in Hertfordshire to promote their houses and country estates as film and stills locations. My role is to be the ‘go between’ and to use the knowledge, understanding and expertise I have to make it work.

Why Hertfordshire?

Because it’s a county I know, love and it has pretty much everything you could want (OK - no mountains or beaches but that’s what holidays are for) plus less of a commute for me!

All the properties I represent have space for a Unit Base, Production Office, privacy, no motorways and most importantly a flexible attitude and willingness to help make whatever the shoot is, a resounding success and a happy experience for all concerned.
